Job summary

Signal is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and direct daily site activities by supervising Patrol Officers and Patrol Supervisors to ensure efficient on-site patrol services for clients.

The role requires flexible availability, including overnights, weekends and holidays, and emphasizes strong customer service and leadership to maintain client relationships across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Management or leadership experience.
• Employment is contingent upon the results of background check and drug screen.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Adapt to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems.
• Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress, add value and continuously improve.
• Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall quality of service to assigned accounts/clients.
• Monitor labor efficiency, patrol completions, employee retention, and client satisfaction.
• Develop Officers and Supervisors through coaching, training, scheduling, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the Co-Assistant Coordinator during hiring, onboarding and reviews.
• Improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and review incident reports and ensure timely escalation to leadership.
• Ensure shifts are filled in advance and approve time-off requests.
• Maintain and monitor franchise equipment condition.
• Lead weekly Coordinator meetings to review scorecards and priorities.
• Communicate field issues to Director for timely follow-up.
