Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in private security or security ops management.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and officer scheduling.
• Coordinate shift coverage with supervisors and client needs.
• Monitor field activity and incident logs for quality and compliance.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and staffing levels.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and training of new officers.
• Conduct site inspections and performance evaluations.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
• Document daily operations and personnel actions.
• Report trends and recommendations to management.
• Assist with equipment distribution, key control, and vehicle assignments.
