Job summary

Walden Security is seeking a CTC Operator 1 to monitor alarms and cameras, dispatch security officers, and assist employees and guests. You will maintain logs, document incidents, and coordinate life-safety responses while upholding confidentiality and information security practices.

The role requires problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong English skills and customer service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred; SOC/GSOC experience a plus.
• Experience with alarm monitoring and mass notification tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and video equipment and dispatch security personnel as needed.
• Coordinate responses to life-safety incidents and communicate with leadership.
• Document all incidents and maintain daily logs and reports.
• Provide assistance to employees, vendors, and guests and maintain situational awareness.
• Conduct routine alarm testing and remote audits; ensure CCTV and access control systems function properly.
• Work in a 24/7 operations environment and cover extra hours as needed.
