Job summary

Prosegur Milwaukee is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for clients and employees. You will perform general security duties, observe and report hazards, and ensure compliance with client requirements and post instructions.

The role requires strong written and verbal English communication, basic to intermediate computer skills, and the ability to perform routine patrols in all weather conditions. A WI Security License and proper certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass all trainings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and work in all weather conditions.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by beingalerttoobserve, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand andcomply withProsegurand Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and havebasic tointermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all necessary training
• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness toparticipatein the company's screening process, including drugscreenand background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Active WI Security License
