Job summary

You will monitor cameras, alarms, access control and coordinate emergency responses, while ensuring rapid, accurate incident records and service requests. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, quick decision-making, and experience with badge/access control software, CAD and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of emergency conditions while using established procedures and critical thinking to provide solutions
• Monitor cameras, access control and facility alarms, as well as conduct internal CCTV investigations as needed
• Maintain various records of communications and events
• Respond to and dispatch for life-safety incidents
• Process and prioritize service requests to effectively support both local and global operational requirements
