Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Security Engineering Manager to safeguard our technology environment, coordinating with Global Security and leading incident response across all scenarios. The role combines monitoring, policy governance, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure timely follow-up and risk mitigation.

The position supports a flexible hybrid schedule with three in-person days at core sites in Salisbury, NC, and Quincy, MA, and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in technology with senior-level experience.
• 3+ years leading teams and mentoring staff in relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security policies across the organization.
• Manage and coordinate the Incident Response Plan for ADUSA.
• Track threats and investigate incidents with IT and business teams.
• Act as first line of defense, triage alerts and coordinate response.
• Engage SOC and Group Security for threat detection and response workflows.
• Provide regular reporting on incidents, metrics, and policy adherence.
