Brink’s Inc is seeking a Security Operations Center Specialist to oversee daily security operations, monitor alarms, and coordinate with Brink’s Operations and Branch leaders to close gaps in interdepartmental logistics.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in security, proficiency in MS Office, and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. The position offers a 60k-68k annual salary and a 7am-3pm M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security setting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and MS 365.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarm signals in a timely manner.
• Communicate with internal customers and follow policies.
• Complete equipment checks, daily logs, and system audits.
• Answer calls professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Provide technical support and service requests.
• Maintain facility security and safe operations.
• Support other departments on special projects.
• Participate in training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
