Job summary

Brink's Global Services U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, seeks an experienced Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead monitoring, detection, investigation, and incident response across the organization's locations.

You will oversee day-to-day SOC operations, manage a team of specialists, develop and refine processes, and ensure compliance with security standards while maintaining 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of security operations experience in a control room.
• 3+ years leading security operations or SOC teams.
• Experience developing SOC metrics and executive reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line Manager for the SOC with day-to-day oversight.
• Lead SOC operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Select SOC Specialists and administer disciplinary action as needed.
• Manage daily staffing for GSOC; cover day and night shifts.
• Maintain SOC knowledge base; ensure SOPs are current.
• Develop and optimize SOC processes and metrics.
