Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, a leading security provider, seeks an Edison Security Operations Center (ESOC) Analyst to monitor alarms, assess threats, and coordinate with law enforcement across Southern California. Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a center/security dispatch environment or related field
• Understanding of security operations and FEMA ICS/Watch officer training is a plus
• Experience in a command and control center environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and alarms across a large service area.
• Interface with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and logs in a timely manner.
• Assist in incident escalation and coordination with supervisors and management.
• Utilize security software and communications equipment in daily operations.
