Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a SOC Operator to join our team in Los Angeles. You will contribute to a safer environment by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring, event logging, and incident recording.

Responsibilities include monitoring intrusion detection alarms, dispatching emergency responses, maintaining accurate logs, and supporting clients with timely security notifications. Prior experience in call centers or dispatch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or call center roles is preferred.
• Ability to monitor and log events accurately.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor centralized radio and alarm systems to detect incidents.
• Log events and prepare incident reports for clients.
