Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of supervisory experience in law enforcement, military, or armed security.
• Must be a US Citizen with a social security card.
• Must meet background screening and U.S. Government suitability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handles the day-to-day operation of the assigned officer force.
• Schedules and inputs officer's time in payroll, monitors overtime.
• Conducts random and scheduled post checks.
• Acts as a liaison between officers and the Contract Manager.
• Continuously monitors and trains officers for quality supervision.
• Provides leadership and mentorship for officer growth.
