Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Security Operations Analyst (Mid-Level) to support government clients through the SOC. You will monitor security events in real time, coordinate incident responses, and help design processes for incident management.

You will work with CrowdStrike, ExtraHop, Netskope, Cisco and Microsoft Sentinel while engaging with stakeholders across a global enterprise. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an SOC environment as a Security Analyst.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• Experience supporting a large global enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of information security, malware, threats and vulnerability management.
• Familiar with ISO 2700X, SOX and PCI.
• Proficient in IP protocols and ports.
• Experience with security tools like CrowdStrike, ExtraHop, Netskope, Cisco, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of Information Security professionals in a global enterprise.
• Provide real-time monitoring and analysis of security events from multiple sources.
• Communicate and escalate issues and incidents per process.
• Contribute to design and implementation of incident management processes.
• Create incident reports communicating findings and lessons learned.
• Participate in weekly SOC on-call rotation and after-hours availability.
