Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions seeks a Sr. Security Engineer for its Security Engineering Team in Indianapolis, IN. You will monitor security tools, respond to incidents, and ensure the integrity of client IT infrastructures while supporting audit and compliance efforts.

You will work with a broad set of stakeholders, applying malware analysis, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management practices to protect government clients and systems. A security clearance is anticipated.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• 5-7 years of experience in a SOC environment as a Security Engineering Specialist.
• Experience supporting a large global enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of information security, malware, threats and vulnerability management.
• Customer service including escalation resolution and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Run monitoring of security tools and act on health issues.
• Lead incident response actions within the SET remit.
• Triaging requests and ensuring ownership for follow-up.
• Ensure integrity of client IT infrastructures.
• Maintain Security Toolkit Infrastructure in scope.
• Support SIEM, IDPS, GVM and malware protection tooling.
• Record health alerts and respond to incidents.
• Configure policies and enhancements in response to incidents and client requests.
• Troubleshoot security tooling impacting business applications.
• Adhere to ITSM principles and maintain security posture.
• Develop understanding of information security principles and threat landscape.
