The role emphasizes collaboration with Security Engineers, handling tools like YubiKeys, SSH, and PKI, and requires strong scripting skills and customer-focused communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of information security experience.
• Experience with OS internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue with timely, effective support.
• Perform operational tasks to keep security platforms reliable and available.
• Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline tasks.
• Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers on issues and improvements.
• Support and maintain security services/tools including YubiKeys, SSH, PKI, access control.
