Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. invites you to an open interview day for security officers in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Walk-ins welcomed every Wednesday 10AM to 2PM at 2201 San Pedro Drive Ste 225 Bldge #2, ABQ 87110.

Positions are full-time and part-time with a wage range of 16.50 to 18.00 USD per hour. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, strong customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug test and background).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

What You Can Expect
