Job summary

Titan Security Group in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to support front desk operations, assist visitors, and maintain a secure environment at the property. You will log events, control access, monitor cameras, and perform patrols to prevent incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, ability to obtain Tennessee Security License, pass a background check and drug screen, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to obtain and maintain Tennessee Security License.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and completing foot patrols in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk and assist with directions and information.
• Maintain accurate logs for people, packages, and property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct building patrols to deter theft.
• Respond to incidents and document data for Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Tennessee Security License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
