Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers to support locations near Waverly and Lansing, Michigan. The role focuses on protecting people and property through vigilant patrols, access control, customer service, and incident reporting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and read/write/speak English well. Starting pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with the public or clients.

• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to guard against theft.
• Maintain logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Titan Security is currently hiring Security Officers to work at a location near Waverly & Lansing, Michigan.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Pay and Benefits:
