As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support badge and access control processes while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 04:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unauthorized entry or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while helping to deter theft, trespassing, and property damage.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
