Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, and incidents accurately and communicate information to leadership.

You will maintain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
