Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Monitor lobby access, direct guests, and report unusual activity to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer calls, provide site information, and maintain a professional front-desk environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, assist with directing guests, and communicate unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services or designated personnel when appropriate.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general site information, and support a professional, welcoming front-desk environment while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
