Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests per site policies.
• Monitor facility access by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes, maintaining visitor logs, and following entry procedures.
• Support security procedures by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual conditions, and deterring unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, deliveries, and access-related events while presenting a professional presence.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor logs, and following established entry procedures.
• Support security-related procedures by observing activity in the lobby and reception area, reporting unusual conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, deliveries, and access-related events while providing a professional presence for employees, clients, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
