Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Triage). You will monitor assigned areas, provide professional customer service, and support alarm response activities while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Position offers a flexible schedule with the Claim a Shift platform. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior alarm panel or access control experience is a plus.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Triage in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and use technology to document activity while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
