Allied Universal is seeking an Security Officer Unarmed for a warehouse setting in Summerville, SC. The role focuses on deterring incidents through visible patrols, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming, secure environment for employees and visitors.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management processes by verifying authorization, maintaining required logs, and reporting access irregularities.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Unarmed - Warehouse in Summerville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
