Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout facilities, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain documentation of activities and incidents.
• Observe posted site requirements and report maintenance or operational concerns, communicating professionally with personnel, visitors, and emergency responders.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facilities, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Observe posted site requirements, report maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate professionally with personnel, visitors, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
