As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Lima, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to routine concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $25.97 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at an industrial manufacturing location.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or potential hazards.


• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, contractors, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.


• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
