As a Security Officer Unarmed Rover Full Timein Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and providing exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while supporting security-related operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and/or authorization, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Control access to shipping, receiving, warehouse, and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and protect operational continuity.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations; report security-related observations and irregularities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
