Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as assigned, and document entries, incidents, and observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating professionally with personnel and maintaining awareness of changing facility conditions.

As a Security Officer Unarmed - Response in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate clearly with employees and visitors while using technology to document activity and support daily operations. Job Schedule:

• Mon - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat - 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun - 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
