Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Full Time Unarmed in Phoenix, AZ to patrol healthcare locations, deter unauthorized activity, and provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include regular patrols, access control, incident response, and accurate documentation per site procedures and Allied Universal standards. Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
