Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Whitsett, NC. You will patrol and monitor a technology-focused corporate location, providing exemplary customer service while maintaining security presence to deter incidents.

Responsibilities include routine patrols, access monitoring, incident reporting, and clear communication with site leadership. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and reliable computer/tablet use.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned property areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity to help deter unauthorized entry and report unusual conditions.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
