Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Overnight in Clyde, OH. This part-time role offers a stable schedule with overnight shifts and competitive pay at $17.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly work environment by communicating professionally with personnel and reporting security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
