Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Full Time in Cincinnati, OH. You will monitor, patrol, and protect a manufacturing/industrial site while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, unarmed security role with a driving component and strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Typical duties include responding to incidents, controlling access, and maintaining detailed reports.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorization for personnel and vehicles.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Full Time in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports or logbooks.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
