• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Driver's license required for driving positions, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas, interiors, parking areas and perimeters, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and restrict entry to authorized areas per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate information to site leadership.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, building interiors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
