• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorized access, and assist with visitor management and traffic flow.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and routine activities, and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.

As a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol Response in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will assist visitors and personnel, report observations, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and assist with visitor management and traffic flow.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and routine activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
