Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Officer in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will monitor hotel areas, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned hotel areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and other security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity.
• Assist with access control and visitor guidance in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity through required reports and communication channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
