Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Entry Screening in San Francisco, CA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, assist with access control, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors within a commercial real estate setting.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.

• Background check and drug screen required.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Access control and badge systems experience preferred.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Entry Screening in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while using technology to document observations and support daily operations. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting incidents and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
