Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Integrity in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial waterfront location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, docks, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and restricted areas; verify access permissions in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
