Job summary

Allied Universal in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Driver Experience) to protect clients across financial institutions and more. The role requires patrolling, visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service while following site procedures and safety protocols.

You will drive at a scheduled shift, ensure access control, report incidents, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicant will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Experience in Sugar Land, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
