Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Security Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, access activity, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
