Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Tulsa, OK. You will monitor and protect client sites, conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and provide courteous customer service in a dynamic environment.

This full-time role pays $16.44 per hour with weekly pay. Shifts include day and night hours; Allied Universal offers training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, gates, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and maintain logs/reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Observe and report hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations through reporting channels.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Security Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a chemical/petrochemical location, helping to maintain a secure environment for personnel and operations. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, gates, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and support site policies.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Observe and report potential hazards, suspicious activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations through established reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license to work in a security-related role is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
