Job summary

Allied Universal, Saint Peters, MO, is hiring an Unarmed Patrol Driver who delivers security coverage at a manufacturing and industrial site. You will drive and patrol, observe for unusual conditions, verify credentials, and maintain logs while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and compliance with background and drug screening requirements. This is a full‑time position with shift schedule listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related concerns accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
