Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts or responders.
• Complete detailed patrol and incident reports following procedures.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in LIMA, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor alarm panels, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

• Thu: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, following visitor and contractor entry procedures, and maintaining required logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete detailed reports of patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
