Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site contacts.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain patrol documentation, and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

As a Security Officer Full - Time Driver in Lima, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Tue – 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wed – 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thur – 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Sun – 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain patrol documentation, and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
