Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer Vehicle Driver in Maumee, OH to monitor manufacturing sites, patrol areas, and provide courteous customer service while following site procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and adherence to our driver policy. This is a full-time position with a consistent 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM schedule across the listed days, offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and document visitor and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoff communications.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining awareness of changing conditions throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
