Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Digital Checkpoint Reporting in Johns Creek, GA. You will patrol the retail location, monitor areas, and deter issues while maintaining a professional customer service presence.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months security experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening. Schedule includes daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation as per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per laws.
• Subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, common areas, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeter to identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
• Help deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a visible presence and professional interaction with shoppers and associates.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Digital Checkpoint Reporting in Johns Creek, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.
