Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Computer Support in Troy, MI. You will provide security services, monitor access, perform patrols, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and/or vehicle activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific policies, including assisting with evacuations, access control, and communication with first responders.

What You'll Do:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
