You will monitor facilities, provide exceptional customer service, and manage access while reporting security concerns using basic computer skills.

This role offers Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM and Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM shifts, with opportunities for growth, training, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of facilities to deter incidents and ensure safety.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, professional handling.
• Assist with evacuations and coordinate with first responders per site policy.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use communication and computer skills to report security-related concerns and assist employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.08 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and/or vehicle activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific policies, including assisting with evacuations, access control, and communication with first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
