Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Robinson Twp. You will patrol, monitor access, and provide customer service for manufacturing and industrial sites. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; driving positions may require this license.

Pay rate is $17.08 per hour with flexible Day/Evening shifts. You will join a team that emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and reliable service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security-related procedures and emergency responses.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial operations, including building interiors, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access activity and visitor movement, maintain required logs, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence and reporting observed hazards, equipment concerns, or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
