Qualifications

• Five years security experience.
• 18+ age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations calmly and notify management or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and surrounding property.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting anomalies and maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation with a professional hospitality focus.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying hotel management and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a hospitality-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
