Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Atlanta, GA to safeguard clients across various industries. You will perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist guests, and uphold site policies while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Vaccination requirements for hospital settings.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees by following site procedures and responding to security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs/records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately for site leadership and supervision.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
