• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and congregants by carrying out security procedures and site policies.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.41 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and congregants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the worship facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity during services, events, and daily operations; report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
